Registration Information

Kindergarten Registration
Your child must be 5 years of age on or before December 2nd, 2006

Documents required:

• Proof of birth date (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, or other official proof).
• One (1) proof of residency (deed to home, escrow papers, rent receipt/agreement, utility bills).
• Immunization Record (signed by physician).

Registration for other grades - New to the District
