The University City Cluster Committee serves the five UC public schools (UC High, Standley Middle, Spreckels Elementary, Curie Elementary, & Doyle Elementary. UC Cluster meetings offer a chance to chat with our principals, area superintendent, & board member.
General PTA Meeting
Wednesday, September 21
The 1st General PTA meeting of the year is coming up this Wednesday, 9/21 at 7 PM.
Meetings are still being held virtually for now. Just click the button below to join at the scheduled meeting time.
Everyone is welcome. PTA meetings are a forum for parents & teachers to discuss how we can best serve the needs of the Curie community. The more voices we hear from, the better!

The Curie Elementary PTA supplements district-funded programs by providing art, music, technology, PE, classroom enrichments, community events, field trips, & many other programs & activities.
Every level of membership is completely tax deductible
Membership is a yearly donation ($12 minimum) that comes with voting rights at PTA meetings
Part of your donation directly funds essential resources that benefit your child & Curie Elementary
Membership does not require that you attend meetings and/or volunteer
Our goal is 100% participation; thank you to those who have already joined!
Picture Day is Friday, September 23
Keep an eye out for order forms that will go home with your student (some teachers have already sent them home). You may also place your order online here. If placing your order online, please make sure to write your order information (package, background choice, & order number) on your student's picture day envelope. Prints will be shipped to school 4-6 weeks after picture day. Contact Mike at (760) 438-0464 or mikeshriver01@gmail.com with questions.
